• Upload your footage and images to the VMakers website, up to 50MB per upload.
• Send larger files on a DVD or flash drive by FedEx. Keep a copy of everything. We are unable to return your materials.

As part of the package, we allow one free edit if necessary to make a change to your titles, visual theme color and tags.

Yes. Discounted edit rounds are available for each Standard Video Package: Silver $150 per round,
Gold $250 per round and Platinum $350 per round. Custom editing packages are also available.
We can customize a plan to fit your needs, budgets and requirements. Please contact us for a quote.
Most Standard Video Packages take approximately 2-3 weeks. Custom Video Shoots can take 3-7 weeks depending on the package you purchase, materials submitted, the number of edits and client response time.
Rush and super rush services are available for a fee.
Standard Video Packages are prepaid when you submit your order online. For all other videos you have the option of paying in full or paying a 50% deposit, balance due upon script approval. Payments are processed through PayPal. We accept all major credit cards.
You may cancel your order within 48 hours after placing it. Please contact us as soon as possible to change or cancel your order. Unfortunately after 48 hours work has begun and we are unable to process a refund. If you have selected the wrong package and wish to change your order, contact us as soon as possible and we will gladly make the change.

You can download your videos from the VMakers website, order a DVD, or store your videos on the VMakers website for secure and easy access anytime, anywhere. Storage fees may apply.
Yes. VMakers will create a version for use online. We will gladly help you place your video on your website.
VMakers will upload your video to YouTube or Vimeo FREE. Uploads to your personal YouTube or Vimeo account willl require your log-in information.
Video files are too large to send by email. We will upload your video to YouTube or Vimeo FREE. You can securely store your videos online with VMakers and provide a link to others for viewing.
